If you are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation partner, you are probably replacing something: QuickBooks that no longer fits, a Dynamics GP or AX system nearing the end of support, or a CRM your sales team quietly stopped using. We work across the D365 family (Business Central, Finance and Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and the Power Platform that sits underneath it. It suits a 20-person distributor as well as a manufacturer running several legal entities, as long as the product is matched to the size.
Most failed Dynamics projects fail for boring reasons. Requirements get written as a copy of the old system. Data migration is left until the last month. Key users are too busy to test, so the first real test is go-live week. We plan against all three. We map your processes to standard Dynamics behavior first and customize only where the standard way costs you money. We load real data into a test environment early and reconcile it more than once. And we book your team's testing time into the plan before the project starts, not after.
We also keep customizations upgrade-safe. Business Central extensions are written in AL, Finance and Operations changes use X++ extensions, and Dataverse logic lives in managed solutions. None of it touches Microsoft's base code, so the twice-yearly release waves don't break your system.
Honest timelines: a Business Central rollout for a single company usually takes 3 to 6 months. A Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service project is often 2 to 5 months. Finance and Operations is a bigger commitment, typically 9 to 18 months depending on entities, countries and integrations. We'll give you a phased plan with a real number after a short discovery, not a guess on the first call.
What we do
Microsoft Dynamics 365 services
Product selection
Business Central or Finance and Operations, Sales or a Power Apps build. We compare the options against your size, process complexity and licensing budget and tell you which one we would pick.
Implementation
Discovery, fit-gap, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live, run in phases so you see working software every few weeks.
Migration and upgrades
Moves from QuickBooks, Sage, Dynamics GP, NAV, AX 2012 and Salesforce, including history, open transactions and the reports people depend on.
Customization and extensions
AL extensions, X++ extensions, Dataverse plugins in C# and PCF controls, built so Microsoft updates install without rework.
Integrations
Connections to e-commerce, EDI, WMS, payroll, banks and your own apps using Dataverse APIs, OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
Reporting and analytics
Power BI dashboards on top of Dynamics data, plus financial reporting your controller can maintain without calling a developer.
Rescue projects
If a previous implementation stalled or went live badly, we audit what is there, stabilize it and fix the parts that hurt most first.
Support after go-live
A monthly support plan for fixes, small changes, user questions and release-wave testing, with named consultants who know your setup.
How we work
What you can expect from us
Standard first
Every customization is something you maintain forever. We push back when a process change would be cheaper than code, and we explain why.
Data from week two
We pull a sample of your real data into a sandbox early. Messy vendor lists and duplicate customers surface months before cutover instead of during it.
Consultants and developers together
Functional consultants and developers sit on the same team, so a requirement doesn't lose its meaning between a spec and the code.
Local working hours
Your project runs from the office in your time zone, so workshops and go-live calls happen during your business day, whether that is in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Toronto, Sydney or Dubai.

Process
From first call to production
Discovery
A few working sessions to pin down goals, users, constraints and what "done" means. You get a written scope and estimate.
Design
Architecture, data model and clickable UI before heavy coding starts, so surprises show up early and cheaply.
Build
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You see working software, not status reports.
Launch
Automated tests, staged rollout, monitoring and a rollback plan. Go-live should be boring.
Support
Bug fixes, updates and new features on a monthly plan, or a clean handover to your team.
FAQ
Microsoft Dynamics 365: common questions
How much does a Dynamics 365 implementation cost compared to licensing?
Licensing is a monthly per-user subscription paid to Microsoft, while implementation is a one-time project cost paid to your partner. For a first-year budget, implementation is often one to three times the annual license spend, depending on data migration and customization. We price discovery separately so you get a fixed estimate before committing to the full project.
Should we choose Business Central or Finance and Operations?
For most companies under a few hundred users with one or a handful of entities, Business Central is the better fit. Finance and Operations makes sense for complex manufacturing, multi-country operations, heavy warehouse automation or large user counts. Licensing minimums and implementation cost for F&O are much higher, so it should be justified by real process complexity.
How long does implementation take?
Business Central typically takes 3 to 6 months, CRM projects 2 to 5 months, and Finance and Operations 9 to 18 months. The biggest variables are data migration, the number of integrations and how much time your key users can give to testing.
Can you migrate our historical data?
Yes. We usually bring over master data, open transactions and opening balances, plus summarized history at whatever level your reporting needs. Full transaction history is possible but expensive, and it often makes more sense to keep the old system read-only or archive it to a data warehouse.
What happens after go-live?
The first 30 to 60 days are hypercare, where we stay close to your users and fix issues quickly. After that you can move to a monthly support plan covering fixes, enhancements and testing for Microsoft's release waves.
Can you take over a project from another partner?
Yes, and it is a common request. We start with a short audit of your configuration, customizations and open issues, then give you a prioritized list of what to fix. Partner of record changes are handled through Microsoft and don't require re-licensing.
