About us

Engineers first, agency second

Tag4 Technology Solutions Inc. is an AI-powered software company. We build AI agents and business software for companies across the United States and Canada, then keep them running.

How a project runs
  1. 1

Discovery: goals, users, constraints and a written scope

  2. 2

Design: architecture, data model and clickable screens

  3. 3

Build: two-week sprints with a working demo each time

  4. 4

Launch: tests, monitoring and a rollback plan

  5. 5

Support: fixes and new features, or a clean handover

Tag4 Technology Solutions started with a simple observation: most businesses do not need a giant consultancy, and they do not want a freelancer who disappears after launch. They need a small group of experienced engineers who understand both the code and the business process it supports, and who will still be around next year.

That is what we try to be. Our work spans ai agents & data, software development, microsoft dynamics 365, cloud, devops & it, seo & ai search. In practice that means we can build the customer portal, connect it to Dynamics 365, put the data into a dashboard your finance team trusts and keep the whole thing running in the cloud.

We have offices in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Toronto, Sydney and Dubai. Clients work with the office in their own time zone, meet the team in person when it helps, and share a Slack or Teams channel for the day-to-day. Behind each office is the same engineering team, so a Dallas project can draw on the people who built something similar in Sydney.

How we work

A few things we hold ourselves to

Tell the truth early

If a deadline is slipping or an idea will not work, you hear it from us the day we know, along with what we suggest doing about it.

Build for the people using it

We sit with the warehouse lead, the billing clerk or the nurse before we design a screen. Software that ignores them gets worked around.

Leave things better documented than we found them

Every project ends with architecture notes, runbooks and a codebase another team could pick up. That protects you, not us.

Small, senior teams

A few experienced people who talk to each other beat a large team that needs a project manager to translate.

See everything we do

Want to see if we are a fit?

Tell us what you are trying to build. An engineer reads every message and replies personally. No sales sequences, no pressure.
